Recipe Notes:

This was my first attempt to make a chile pepper beer, and if you like a bit of heat, it is a great beer. There are a lot of hops in the mix but that balanced a bit by the the sheer power of the peppers.\n\nI added 5 fresh seeded and chopped jalapeños to the mash. You will get some spicy notes from this jalapeño if you taste your wort before the boil, but that heat will be boiled off, leaving you with a nice jalapeño flavor. \nThe head comes from the 2 additional seeded and chopped jalapeños added to the boil at 5 minutes. \n\n\nBrew as you usually do, and when you rack, note that all the seeds will have dropped out into the trub.\n\nEnjoy!
