Ingredients: 16 lbs 2-Row - US 1 lbs Caramel/Crystal 40 1 lbs Honey Malt (CA) 5.6 oz Cara 8 Malt 4 oz Special Roast 3.52 oz De-Bittered Black - BE 3.52 oz Chocolate Malt 3.52 oz Magnum 3.52 oz Sterling 3.52 oz Hallertau 3.52 oz Magnum 1 London Ale (yeast)Instructions: 1. Add grains to pre-heated water and rest @ 153F for 60 min. 2. Remove grains and bring to boil. 3. Add hops and boil for 60 mins. 4. Cool to 65F, add yeast and let ferment for 1-2 weeks. 5.
