Ingredients: 8.5 lbs 2-Row Brewers Malt 8 oz Honey Malt (CA) 8 oz East Kent Golding 8 oz Citra 8 oz Citra 1 Safale US-05 (yeast)Instructions: 1. Add grains to pre-heated water and rest @ 153F for 60 min. 2. Remove grains and bring to boil. 3. Add hops and boil for 60 mins. 4. Cool to 65F, add yeast and let ferment for 1-2 weeks. 5. Bottle with priming sugar, let carbonate 1-2 weeks. 6. Chill and enjoy your delicious beer!

Recipe Notes:

Mash in at 157 F for 1 hour. Every 15 minutes, stir up the grain bed to help conversion. At the end of the hour temperature usually drops to about 151/152 F.
This is only a 45 minute boil. EKG is 6.2% AA. Final IBUs is about 23/24.
