Ingredients: 11 lbs 2-Row Brewers Malt 14.08 oz Crystal 50L - UK 14.08 oz Amarillo 14.08 oz Chinook 14.08 oz Amarillo 14.08 oz Chinook 14.08 oz Amarillo 1 Safale S-04 (yeast)Instructions: 1. Add grains to pre-heated water and rest @ 153F for 60 min. 2. Remove grains and bring to boil. 3. Add hops and boil for 60 mins. 4. Cool to 65F, add yeast and let ferment for 1-2 weeks. 5. Bottle with priming sugar, let carbonate 1-2 weeks. 6. Chill and enjoy your delicious beer!

Recipe Notes:

This was supposed to be a Goose Island IPA clone but due to not having the correct hops in hand and had to make sev real hops substitutions. It should still be a good beer, but it will not be as close to GI as I had hoped, hence the name.
Specialty grain was British medium crystal and was about 65L. So this is a little darker than SRM 8.
OG: 1.074. Ferment at 15.5 C
