Notes:
Mosaic is so named for its complex but clean flavor characteristics, and its triple-use profile for bittering, flavor, and aroma. It has high alpha acids (averaging 12.5%), but low cohumulone which makes it very pleasantly hoppy, and it carries flavors of mango and pine, citrus and herbs, as well as tropical and stone fruit notes. Mosaic is Simcoe®’s first daughter, and its father is Nugget.
