Notes:
Nordgaard is an old Belgian or Flemish variety thought to have arisen as a landrace. Although it is no longer produced commercially due to its low yield, it has been used successfully in Zaltec breeding programs, and is probably still viable for breeding. Nordgaard has pleasant continental aroma characteristics and is high in humulene.
